Advanced Net Monitor for Classroom Professional can be of great assistance to teachers who want to monitor their students’ actions during the lesson, allowing them to view the monitor of a target remote computer in the network.
Configuring the application is very easy. The program must be deployed on the main computer, while all the monitored workstations require ‘Net Objective’ to be installed.
The connection is set once the IP address of the central PC is entered in the ‘Settings’ section of Net Objective and the screens of the remote computers are immediately displayed in the main window of Advanced Net Monitor for Classroom Professional. You can arrange them as you consider fit, side by side, in tile or cascade mode, whatever works for easily catching a glimpse at each of the monitored desktops.
The quality of the picture and the automatic refresh time interval can be customized by the user, but regardless of the refresh rate we picked, during our tests the application experienced some trouble displaying the screen as it is (for instance, interposed windows were not entirely shown).
You can easily send a delayed message to the remote PC or block the access of the connected user to the desktop, which comes in handy during exams.
