β How to Use TranslucentTB
πΉ Step 1: Download & Install
- From Microsoft Store (Recommended):
- Open Microsoft Store.
- Search for TranslucentTB.
- Click Install.
- Or from GitHub:
- Visit TranslucentTB GitHub page.
- Go to the Releases section.
- Download the latest
.zipor.exefile. - Extract and run
TranslucentTB.exe.
πΉ Step 2: Run the Program
- Once launched, it adds an icon to your system tray (bottom-right corner).
- The taskbar should immediately become transparent or blurred depending on default settings.
πΉ Step 3: Customize Taskbar Appearance
Right-click on the TranslucentTB icon in the system tray to access options:
π’ Regular States:
- Normal: When on the desktop.
- Maximized Window: When a window is maximized.
- Start Menu Open: When the start menu is active.
- Cortana/Open Search: When search is active.
For each state, you can set:
- Normal (default blurred)
- Clear (completely transparent)
- Opaque (solid)
- Blur (frosted glass effect)
- Acrylic (like Blur but with a modern touch)
