QuickBacklinks Description

QuickBacklinks is an application that looks for backlinks to your website in multiple domains.

It comes packed with a list of over 4,000 popular domains and gives you the possibility to create custom lists with any preferred websites.

Discover which domains have backlinks to your website

Search engines like Google, Bing or Yahoo take the number of backlinks into consideration when ranking your website, so this type of software can give you an idea of where you stand and what improvements you can make to increase your ranking.

Requires .NET Framework to work properly

The software utility isn’t wrapped in a setup kit. Instead, it consists of a single .exe file that can be saved anywhere on the disk and just double-clicked to launch QuickBacklinks. Just keep in mind that .NET Framework must be installed on your PC or the app won’t work.

As for the interface, the tool adopts a standard .NET Framework and adds little graphical elements of its own. All options are shown in plain sight, so you can get an overview to figure out how the app works.

Open a list of domains to scan for backlinks

Using the popup file browser, you can navigate disk directories and open a plain text document that contains the list of domains you want to run checkups on, whether it’s the one provided by the developer and available in the downloaded package, or another one you’ve created yourself.

The developer doesn’t say that the predefined links list also includes some adult-oriented websites with NSFW content, so you should take this aspect into account.

Set your website’s name and threads

In the following step, you can specify your website’s name by following the format described (with www but without http or https), then select the number of threads, depending on whether you want to favor speedy scans or minimum impact on PC performance.

Once you click the “Start” button, QuickBacklinks starts looking for backlinks to your website in the provided list, showing each domain and status (success or failed) per line.

Save the list of successes to file

The job may take a long time and, after it’s done, you can save the successes to file for closer inspection. Unfortunately, the developer hasn’t implemented an option for saving the failures too, which would’ve been constructive to figure out what you can do to include backlinks in those domains.

Decent but unimpressive backlinks finder

All things considered, QuickBacklinks doesn’t bring interesting features to the table but it’s easy to use and performs searches rapidly, telling you which domains have backlinks to your websites.
