The lucky recipient will, therefore, receive a stylish business plan that can be viewed with the help of a web browser on any computer or smartphone.
Getting started with the application is hardly a challenge, especially if you have already created a new Proposales account on the app’s official website. By logging in, you are welcomed by the app’s minimalist yet highly functional user interface.
Modern-looking and very intuitive application
You can access all the main and self-explanatory sections of the app from the left-sided toolbar. The app allows you to work on multiple proposals and even invite team members to join in. There’s also a Reports section that makes it simple for you to keep an eye on how well your sales are going.
Before you start creating proposals, we recommend that you take the time and fill out all the necessary information about your company from the Settings section.
Makes creating business proposals seem like a walk in the park
Creating proposals from scratch is a very straightforward process as there’s really not much in terms of customization options. You can, however, change the background picture, add logos, add and edit text, add products and services, as well as all sorts of attachments (PDFs, documents, blueprints, etc.)
For your convenience, the utility allows you to upload attachments from popular storage and sharing services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box. It is also worth mentioning that Proposales provides you with a quick way to duplicate existing proposals, thus, allowing you to save time by not having to create new ones from the ground-up.

When you’re done, simply select an already existing recipient or create a new one from scratch, and hit the “Send” button, located somewhere on the upper right part of the main window.
All in all, Proposales is a modern and efficient application that provides you and your team with a unified environment for creating, sending and monitoring business proposals. It would have been great if the app would offer even a small set of templates for you to choose from, but even so, we cannot deny the fact that it gets the job quite nicely.
