IDAutomation Barcode ActiveX Control & DLL was designed to help you create barcodes as images without the use of special fonts. The barcode images can be employed with other applications or you can save them to a WMF file for later use.
In fact, the barcodes can be generated from various graphic objects that you drag and drop over the GUI and that are compatible with any Windows application that supports ActivX (Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, C++, FrontPage, Microsoft Word and various web browsers). The utility enables you to modify the properties so that they meet the needs and requirements of your project. Then again, when used with low-resolution devices, such as a display screen, for instance, then the modifications may not be visible in the barcode control itself.
The utility supports various codes that are widely used in commercial environments, including, but not limited to Code 128, Code 39, UPC, Intelligent Mail, PDF417, QE-Code, Data Matrix, so on and so forth.
