Home Photo Studio Description
Home Photo Studio is a software that comes equipped with a few useful tools for image editing. This application can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.
If you’re using Windows 7, then make sure to run Home Photo Studio with administrative privileges. Otherwise, several errors will pop up during runtime.
The interface of the program is plain and simple. Pictures can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, since the “drag and drop” method is not supported. So, you can use basic tools, such as navigate, preview, magnifier, blush, blur, sharpen, dodge, burn, history and crop.
But you can also adjust the color balance along with hue, saturation, brightness and contrast levels, apply filters (e.g. grayscale, invert, emboss, watercolor), flip, rotate and resize photographs, remove the red eye effect and unsharp the photo.
On top of that, you can add text, borders, shadows, picture frames, relief contours, edge effects, photo reflections, 3D composition, greeting cards, and others, as well as use the undo and redo functions.
The image processing tool requires a moderate amount of system resources, contains a well-drawn tutorial with snapshots for all user levels, has a good response time, quickly applies changes and didn’t freeze or crash during our tests. Aside from the outdated interface, we strongly recommend Home Photo Studio to all users.
