FusionCatcher Description
FusionCatcher is a handy application built in Python designed to help you find fusion genes, chimeras and translocations in RNA sequences.
FusionCatcher can analyze pair-end reads data generated by the Illumina Solex platforms. It features a high detection rate and does not require high configuration, since it can automatically select the optimal parameters in order to find candidate fusion genes.
