🧭 How to Use Backup4all (Step-by-Step)

✅ 1. Download & Install

• Get it from the official site: https://www.backup4all.com
• Choose the edition (Lite, Standard, Professional, etc.) – a free trial is available.
• Install and launch the application.

📁 2. Create a New Backup Job

➤ Click “New Backup” or the + button on the toolbar.

Then go through the setup wizard:

• Enter a name for your backup (e.g., “Documents Backup”).
• Optionally add a description.

🔹 Step 2: What to Back Up

• Use the built-in file/folder browser to select the files or folders.
