Relatively intuitive data entry procedure
Adding new entries to the database is certainly not a difficult task, as you can cycle through the available fields quickly, and the application’s layout is certainly intuitive enough.
For each asset, you can specify which employee it is assigned to, the vendor, various acquisition details, its current status, model number and so on. Additionally, it is possible to schedule maintenance operations, determine how much the asset has depreciated and write any notes you deem helpful.
Not well suited for managing a large asset database
