Yahoo Satellite Maps Downloader has a name that pretty much sums up its functionality – you can use it to download satellite map images from Yahoo! Maps.
The installation procedure is rapid and does not require special attention from the user. Downloading maps is done in a user-friendly interface, which is not particularly appealing visually but easy to navigate.
Initializing a new task requires you to set up a name and output directory. Once you specify the left and right longitude, top and bottom latitude, together with the zoom level, you can start the downloading operation.
