The goal of WinCaptura is to help you prepare a report or a project documentation much easier, using nothing more than a simple screen capturing application. Whether you want to create written tutorials or a report with images, this application can give you a helping hand.
It can capture as many screenshots as you want to include them in your documentation. A new snapshot is taken each time you press F5, so there is no time limit to arrange windows on the desktop, which means you can proceed to the next snapshot exactly when you are ready. As a drawback, the application can only capture the entire desktop, since there is no option to select a specific area or a window.
Comprise all screenshots in HTML or PDF documents
