Visual Blast Description
Visual Blast is a useful application that was especially created to provide a simple means of performing BLAST (Basic Local Alignment Search Tool) analysis on nucleotides and proteins.
With Visual Blast you can easily set the parameters in the ‘Blast’ tab and create or remove databases, just as easily, from the ‘Database’ tab of the program.
