Subliminals XL is a reliable tool that allows you to train your way of thinking, boost your self confidence and increase your morale. The application flashes optimist messages on your desktop, in a loop, quick enough so that you do not have time to read them, but long enough for your brain to process them.
Optimistic messages on your screen
Subliminals XL features a list of messages designed to increase your self confidence, without you even noticing. When you deal with psychological blockages, there are several ways of overcoming them, however, the self confidence and encouragement is the fastest method.
Subliminals XL relies on the power of subliminal stimuli to help you train your way of thinking. The stimuli are visual or audio flashes of messages or fragments of messages that the human brain cannot process at a conscious level. Subconsciously, however, the messages are deeply embedded and can change the way you think. Positive phrases, therefore, can have a beneficial impact on you.
Messages displayed for a millisecond
Subliminals XL can randomly select a message from the list and display it on the screen for a few milliseconds. The application does not apply different durations depending on the length of the message: one word or long phrases are displayed for equal amounts of time.
You can easily modify the messages from the list by typing in the desired phrase/word, or import the lines from a text file. The messages are separated by pressing the Enter key and creating a new row. The application features keyboard shortcuts for starting the subliminal message display, for pausing it and for prompting the settings window. However, you cannot change the color, style or size of the message font.
Motivational messages on your screen
Subliminals XL is designed to display optimistic messages on your screen. You can change them and adapt them to your needs: letting go of the past, boosting self esteem or stop procrastination are a few examples. The purpose of the software is to strengthen the belief that you can achieve your goals.
NOTE: Subliminals XL can display three messages in a loop. In order to add more messages or the possibility of importing them from a text file, you can upgrade to Subliminals XL Plus.
