Easy to work with
The user friendly interface provides a quick accommodation. Most of the main window represents your workspace, which is large enough for any measurement you need to execute. All available options are found in a toolbar, each with its own intuitive icon.

One of the key aspects of the application is the ruler, which is missing. There is no function that allows you to display one, even though it is a measuring tool. Before you begin to collect data, you must first set the units. In other words, you create two points and the distance between them represents the a specified amount of units.
Once you import an image file, you are ready to start measuring. This is done by creating points, and based on the unit that you set, the application calculates the distance between the two. Info is displayed, and with each point, the new result is added to the previous. You can copy it anytime to the clipboard to be pasted in a document that requires the specific data.
There is also no support for zooming in and out of the given picture, which makes it difficult if wanting to measure small details.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Snake Measure Tool only manages to get a part of the job done. With no integrated ruler option, the unit you set has no real value, and the end result might just be a bunch of insignificant numbers. It only proves a point if the imported picture contains a scale to use as a reference.
