Privacy is important to any individual so when it comes to personal notes, contacts, and passwords, one might wish for a PIM application that can offer data safeguarding, at least at a minimum level. SecureNote responds to this need, delivering an all-in-one personal information manager that mixes functionality with security measures.

SecureNote bundles multiple tools into a single package, providing a note creator, a calendar and event manager, an address book to store contacts in, a task tracker and timer, and a password manager, all accessible from the same interface. Everything is neatly organized, so working with the application is easy and convenient.
All the aforementioned sections can be protected by a password. In fact, you are prompted to enter a security key or skip this step the first time you try to access one of the categories. Alternatively, SecureNote enables you to create new password-protected directories. To make sure no one can capture the security key as it is being entered, SecureNote enables you to use a built-in virtual keyboard to enter data. Furthermore, if you don’t want to remember a password, the integrated generator can help you out.
A text editor for taking notes, a calendar, an address book, and a task organizer
The main window displays a text editor with the basic editing tools you need to store notes containing text, images, and links. You can use SecureNote to write down your personal thoughts and wishes in a diary, without worrying about some stranger barging in to read it. Moreover, SecureNote enables you to import text from an external file and store it as a note.
The calendar SecureNote comes with can remember important events in your life and notify you about them. The contact manager only comes to complete the PIM toolbox, storing information about friends, acquaintances, and co-workers.
Last but not least, SecureNote comes with a task manager and scheduler, allowing you to create to-do lists with ease.
A reliable PIM application that focuses on security
SecureNote has all a PIM application requires, and a bit more. Thanks to the strict security measures, it is difficult for others to access your private folders.
Encrypted folders are only visible when the correct password is entered. Sets of folders that were encrypted using another security key are invisible until their password is provided. Not only that everything is password-protected, but all the data is encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm.
