Photo Collage Maker is an application which allows you to easily create collages, by providing you with simple-to-use tools.
An easy-to-use application with numerous templates
Once you initialize the program with the user-friendly interface, you can start a new project from scratch. On the other hand, you can use page layouts or collage templates.
Furthermore, you can select a preset or configure one by specifying the width, height, resolution and orientation of the page.
You can use the Explorer-based layout to locate pictures and insert them into the project by using the “drag and drop” method.
Create different types of collages and scrapbooks
When it comes to the background, you can select a solid color, gradient, texture or image. Plus, you can add borders after specifying their width and color.
Moreover, you can add frames (classic, kids, themed), masks (round, fancy, gradient, rectangular, themed, misc) and filters (e.g. sepia, auto contrast, brightness, blow, colorize, darken, blur, desaturate, hue, lighten, grayscale, invert, twist), along with text, clipart and shapes (standard, gradient, textured).
In addition, you can use the “undo” and “redo” functions, rotate, flip, center and crop images, bring them to the front or send them to the back, and configure layer settings (e.g. position, rotation, opacity, enable mask and frame, drop shadow)
A tool for enthusiasts with plenty of personal pictures
Once you are satisfied with the results, you can save the project for further editing or export it to an image of the JPEG, PNG, BMP, TGA, TIF or GIF format. Plus, you can change the interface skin, enable red markers, select the resize mode, and more.
The program takes up a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, includes a well-drawn help file and online tutorial with videos and snapshots, and didn’t cause us any problems during our tests. But the tool should only be used for entertainment purposes since it doesn’t aim the professional environment. We strongly recommend Photo Collage Maker to all users.
