PDF2XL OCR Description
PDF2XL OCR is a feature-rich software program that enables you to create Excel-supported formats (e.g. XLS) from PDF files. But it also supports Word, PowerPoint, OpenOffice, CSV and HTML for the output.
The interface of the application is professional-looking and well-organized. Loading PDFs into the working environment can be done by using either the file browser or “drag and drop” function.
Before proceeding with the conversion procedure, you may be interested in modifying some aspects of the document. For instance, you can load layouts, change the field format to text, number, currency, data, time or image, as well as convert an object to a table.
Moreover, you can zoom in and out, navigate the pages, rotate the entire document, as well as pick the marking mode (by content, tables, fields, text), locate text and set the page structure (e.g. first page different, all pages same).
