NPLICITY Description
NPLICITY is a small, yet very capable tool that enables you to play a song or a fragment of a song in a loop, in the purpose of understanding the notes and learning the tune. The application allows you to slow down the song’s tempo, without affecting its pitch, so that you may be able to practice playing the song yourself.
Learning to play music without a teacher
Learning to play music by yourself, having only the reference songs as guidance can be rather difficult. It is particularly challenging when the part you wish to learn is fast paced and slowing down the playback affects the pitch. NPLICITY is designed to play the song and allows you to modify the tempo in either way you wish, without changing the song’s quality.
Once you load the desired song, it is displayed as wavelengths in the editor area. You may thus easily select the fragment you wish to learn, using your pointer device, then enable the loop playback. The software plays the selected segment continuously. Moreover, you can use the keyboard to pause and resume the playback.
Fine tuning the song you wish to learn
NPLICITY offers you several options for modifying a song’s tempo. You may thus fine tune the track, to suit the configuration of your own guitar, by sliding the button on a range of 40 measures. The tempo can be modified to any value, down to 10% of the real speed and the volume can be adjusted from 0 to 100%.
The equalizer function allows you to tweak the frequencies of the song, by boosting the bass or treble values. The supported audio formats include MP3, WAV, MP4, AAC, OGG and AC3.

NPLICITY is a suitable tool for learning to play the guitar, piano or any other instrument you can detect in a song. The software is easy to use, allows you to slow down the tempo without affecting the pitch and enables you to control the playback using the keyboard.
