If you have ever wanted to make your videos, photos or GIFs look like they were created by famous artists, NeuralStyler is an application that can help you out.
It enables you to enhance your media files using filters based on the works of influential painters, and it can output them to MP4, GIF or JPG files. It is very intuitive, but it lacks some useful features.
Versatile utility that supports many file formats but lacks documentation
NeuralStyler is capable of processing videos, images and GIFs, but a complete list of the supported formats is not provided. The application is fairly straightforward for the most part, but a user manual would still have been very helpful.
As far as exporting goes, the program can save videos to MP4, images to JPG and animations to GIF. Sadly, no other output formats are supported.
The operation can take quite a bit of time, so you need to take this into consideration when processing very large videos.
