MyLiveChat Description

MyLiveChat is a professional software application that helps you embed live chats on your website, keep an eye on site traffic, analyze visitors’ activities, handle any number of chat sessions at the same time, and invite visitors to chat.

Online account setup and web-driven GUI

You need to set up an account in order to make use of the program’s capabilities. Upon a successful registration, the tool automatically generates a live chat code that can be attached to your websites.

MyLiveChat gives you the possibility to work with a web-based interface that can be accessed via your preferred web browser, be it Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE, or Opera.

MyLiveChat offers support for a chat console that can be run directly from your Windows, Mac OS, Android or iOS devices, provided that you have entered the correct authentication parameters (ID, agent login and agent password).

You are allowed to connect or disconnect, set your status to Online, Away, Busy, or Offline, view visitors, chat records, and offline messages, and block users.

Conversations can be carried out right from the main window. You may customize the text in terms of size, font and color, turn on the spell checker, send files, links or images, and insert predefined phrases and emoticons.

The utility is able to display information about visitors, such as IP address, hostname, browser type, and visited webpages.
