Metro Commander is a lightweight file manager built specifically for helping users browse and preview their files using a side-by-side interface which enables them to check two locations at the same time.
User-friendly interface
You are welcomed by a clean feature lineup that allows you to carry out most operations with minimal effort. You can add your local drives to open them with just one click, folders (Music, Pictures, Videos), and OneDrive files, as well as create a list with favorite folders or pin them to Start Screen.
Main features
Metro Commander gives you the possibility to view information about each file, such as name, size, and date, create a new empty folder and file, as well as select all files or only the desired one.
When it comes to file management operations, you are allowed to rename, copy, move, or delete the selected items. You can go to the previous or next folder, access your files from Dropbox, use hotkeys for browsing your files, and open video files and preview images directly from the primary panel.
