Makhaon Videograbber is a straightforward and practical software solution whose main purpose is to help users, mostly doctors, to capture images from medical devices and convert them to DICOM format.
These DICOM files are specially designed for storing and trasmitting information in medical imaging and come in handy to show intern organs that the eye is not able to see.
However, the DICOM format differs from some other data formats in that it maintains information in data sets. For instance, if you take an x-ray image of your chest, you can view that the DICOM image contains the patient ID and all your related data, so that the image and all the details can never be separated.
Because of its intuitive interface that Makhaon Videograbber comes with, you don’t have to perform any advanced configurations. You just simply need to specify the video source, select the recognized device and start capturing multiple images.
You can connect to endoscopes, colonoscopes or operating room cameras, then easily insert patient data such as name, diagnosis and case number.
