Mail Hunter List Description
Mail Hunter List is a simple to use tool that allows you to sort and arrange email lists, extracted from documents. The program is useful for organizing email distribution lists since it can also automatically detect and remove duplicate entries. Moreover, it allows you to export the result to a local file.
Quick email list import
Mail Hunter List enables you to extract email addresses from several documents in the same session. You simply need to load the supported documents in the processing area, then let the program extract the addresses contained in them. The input files can be in TXT, DOC/DOCX or XLS/XLSX format.
You may arrange the list of input files before processing them, by removing the unnecessary documents. The next step, File Handling is where the files are analyzed and the emails are extracted. You can also set the organizing options you wish to apply to the list of emails in this tab: sort emails by name, domain or both.
Merge emails list and detect duplicates
Mail Hunter List can scan the email lists before displaying them for you to view and searches the entries for duplicates. If any email address should be detected twice, the unnecessary entries are automatically deleted.
The email addresses can be viewed in the Save Lists tab, in merged form, meaning all the addresses detected in the input files are displayed in one table. The counter indicates the number of processed files, the extracted addresses and duplicates.
Export the addresses to a single file
Mail Hunter List allows you to save the organized list of email addresses to one output file, for facilitating its usage. You can choose the row separator (comma, period, Tab, Enter, Space), as well as the maximum number of addresses saved in one file. The output formats can be TXT, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or XML files. You may also copy them to the clipboard.
