LoopRecorder Description
The evolution in technology bundled a great deal of activities into a single environment, namely the computer. Needless to say that it needs to be fitted with the right set of applications to serve a purpose. For instance, the likes of LoopRecorder make it possible to record and loop audio in real time.
LoopRecorder is a VST audio plugin, created for iOS and Windows, both 32 and 64-bit architectures, and all components are delivered through the package. The file needs to be integrated into a suitable VST host, such as VSTHost.
The name is pretty suggestive, and one of the core functions of this plugin is to enable the live creation of audio loops in musical compositions. This can be obtained in a variety of manners, such as recording audio samples during performances, or just loading an existing audio format, which can be in a variety of different formats. Both the player and recorder sections are fitted with options to adjust gain levels.
Playback and control sections are delimited, each with its own waveform representation and playback controls. Files can be added through a drag and drop operation, as well as moved between sections through dragging. Output is delivered to a location of choice, with options to automatically add related info fields. Built-in features can make saving entirely automatic.
