Manage projects seamlessly
This program can help you design projects and manage them with ease. It can be used by various organizations to create and manage complex projects.
As its name suggests, this application fashions a logical framework structure and uses it to describe the projects’ components, including objectives, activities, resources and also potential external influences that might affect the project (issues, dependencies, risks or assumptions).
Multiple categories
After you launch the application, you can create projects by simply starting to fill the designated fields with relevant data. You can edit your project title, assign it a short title and a code and define a duration, a start date and an end date from the “Project” category. The lower part of the tab lets you add target groups and set their types.
It is possible that you view and edit a logframe of your project that includes goals, purposes, indicators, outputs and activities by default. However, you can add your own entries by using the “Add” and “Insert” buttons on the toolbar.
Plan your project budget
You can plan activities by navigating to the “Planning” category, typing a description of your task in the designated field and setting start and end dates. The tab displays a calendar layout that lets you view your tasks in a more convenient manner.
Budgets can also be planned in a simmilar manner. You can do so by selecting the “Budget” tab from the main window, typing descriptions for your expenses, assigning numbers, specifying durations and selecting units from the dropdown menu.
