LanSend Description

When having several computers connected within the same network, it makes sense to also use a dedicated messaging application for communicating between them.

Such a solution is LanSend, an intuitive application for sending messages to several computers from your network, with as little hassle as possible.

Effortlessly detect all computers on your network

Once the application has been installed on your PC, you can access its user-friendly GUI and start creating a list with all the computers you want to communicate with.

You have two options, you can either add each computer manually, by specifying its IP address or name, or you can rely on the dedicated wizard. It can guide you towards detecting all the available devices on your network, no matter if they are domain controllers, workstations, terminal or SQL servers.

Send your messages to one or more network computers

Once the computer list has been generated, you can select the target computers you are interested in. You can select a single machine or several ones, enter the message subject and body, then send it.

LanSend comes with a dedicated section for informing you whether your messages have been successfully sent, so you are not left wondering about their status.

Create preset messages to speed up the process of sending them

If you need to send network messages on a regular basis, you can create presets so you can send them a lot faster. In other words, you can come up with a collection of messages that can be sent with a single mouse click.

Not only can you assign them relevant titles, but you can also integrate variables within the messages, thus making them more targeted.

All in all, LanSend can come in handy to all those who want to keep in touch with all the computers on their network by sending messages to multiple devices at the same time.
