jcel Description
jcel provides you with a lightweight command line OWL 2 EL reasoner that uses the OWL API to analyze ontology files and determine whether they are consistent or not.
jcel can also compute the class hierarchy of the input ontology and help you find out whether the ontology entails the conclusion.
