HC04/06 Bluetooth Module Configuration is a simple to use application which you can use to modify certain parameters of Bluetooth modules.

The tool runs from command prompt and supports a series of arguments, which can be displayed on the screen, for your convenience.

This lightweight application allows you to easily configure the Bluetooth transceiver modules which are connected to your system via serial ports or USB serial converters.

It is cross-platform, being supported by both Windows and Linux operating systems. The tool is dedicated to managing HC04 and HC06 Bluetooth modules, which are by default programmed as slave devices (“linvor”).

Wireless Bluetooth transceiver module devices are generally used in embedded projects and intended for serial communication.

They feature configurable parameters, including device name, pairing PIN and serial speed, which can be changed in order to suit your projects.

HC04/06 Bluetooth Module Configuration allows you to perform several parameter changes, by entering special AT commands when the modules is not remotely connected to other devices.

The program can automatically detect the port to which the device is connected, as well as the baud rate, if none are already configured.

It allows you to modify the device name, pairing PIN, baud rate and the default port. The special commands are displayed in Command Prompt when you access the help function (“–help”).

All you need to do is insert the desired command and the value, when required. Thus, the names can contain maximum 20 characters, including special symbols while the speed rate can be selected from the list of supported values.

HC04/06 Bluetooth Module Configuration can easily be loaded with Command Line or simply run from its installation folder.

It can automatically detect the connected Bluetooth module and display its name, port and default baud rate. Moreover, the Help contains comprehensive explanations, allowing you to quickly and correctly configure your Bluetooth device.
