GemRB Description
GemRB, also known as Game engine made with pre-Rendered Background is designed to be a portable Open-Source implementation of Bioware’s Infinity Engine.
The application was written to support pseudo-3D role playing games based on the Dungeons & Dragons ruleset (Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale series, Planescape: Torment).
The engine is multi-platform and should run without any problems on all the most used operating systems.
