Form Pilot Office is a professional software application whose purpose is to help users fill in paper forms using a rich-featured set of editing tools.

You can import the information from various file formats, such as CFP, BMP, PCX, FPT, EMF, or other file formats, or upload scanned items via TWAIN devices.
The program gives you the possibility to embed text objects which may include comments, titles, or other fixed text information, add any amount of text, which can be dragged and dropped to the desired area, as well as draw rectangles, circles, ellipses, polygons, lines, or freehand designs.
