FontViewOK is a software utility designed specifically in order to help you quickly view all the fonts installed on your computer.
This is a portable tool, meaning that installing it is not a prerequisite. As a consequence, the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to be affected by it in any way.
Aside from that, you can drop the program files to any location on the hard disk in order to run FontViewOK from there, by simply double-clicking the executable. It is also possible to use the software tool on any computer you have access to, by copying the aforementioned files to a portable storage unit, such as a USB flash drive.
The interface is fairly easy to use, for any type of person, regardless of his or her previous experience with computers.
Upon opening the application, you are going to view a list of all the detected fonts, along with their name and path. You can split the main window in two panels, so as to visually compare fonts. The second section can be set as a clone.
You can modify the background and font color, as well as its size. In addition to that, it is possible to print preview the fonts, make the text appear italic or bold, underline or strike it out.
There are multiple languages supported, such as English, Finnish, Spanish, Polish and Italian. No Help contents are provided, yet seeing how easy it is to use the utility, it becomes apparent they are not needed.
In conclusion, FontViewOK proves to be a useful piece of software which does not affect your computer’s performance, as CPU and memory usage is minimal.
