Fitster is an application that enables you to prevent strains or the development of chronic diseases commonly causes by repeating the same movement over and over again.

Can help you exercise as often as necessary

Following a quick and uneventful setup, you can access the application from the System Tray. The app does not include an interface per se, but rather comes with a settings window and goes into full-screen mode whenever you exercise. On a side note, you can use the Escape key to exit the exercise mode, if you need to stop for some reason.

The program can be easily configured to alert you with a reminder that it is time to exercise at the desired interval. Therefore, if you are at work and cannot take breaks very often, then you can set the reminders to pop up once every 90 minutes.

On the other hand, if you are already dealing with health issues and undergoing treatment, then you can set the alerts for every 30 minutes. It goes without saying that before you engage in exercising, it is recommended that you ask for the opinion of your physician.

Includes low impact exercises you can perform anywhere

The idea behind the application is to remind you to get up from your chair and perform mild and low impact exercises. Therefore, depending on the interval you define, the program provides you with a reminder to stretch your muscles via a reminder window that is displayed in the top right corner of your desktop.
