Efficient To-Do List Description
Efficient To-Do List is an application which allows you to organize your schedule in a user-friendly environment. The tool can be seamlessly handled by all user levels.
The interface of the program is clean and pretty intuitive. So, you can add a new task by inputting a subject, start and due date, status, completion progress, priority level, level, reminder and comment.
But you can also create and organize groups, add attachments and file links, enable task recurrences, view tasks according to various criteria (e.g. overdue, high priority), customize the current view, use a refined search function, import and export tasks, as well as customize spelling preferences.
Furthermore, you can change the interface language, set Efficient To-Do List to automatically run at system startup and to minimize to the system tray, enable automatic backups, allow multiple instances, make the tool ask for confirmation when deleting a record, and others.
The simple-to-use program requires a low amount of system resources, has a good response time, supports keyboard shortcuts and didn’t freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Unfortunately, the search function is not very extensive. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend Efficient To-Do List to all users.
