Efficient Sticky Notes Network allows you to create a series of desktop notes and save them in the selected group or subgroup. You can configure a structure for organizing sticky notes, which can make finding and managing them much easier.
Creating notes is made easy thanks to the text editor function. Each new note can be configured through the editor which opens in a separate window. You can type or paste the message from clipboard, attach files and set the transparency level of the note.
The software features a powerful searching engine, dedicated to quickly identifying the note you are looking for. It allows you to set two conditions, which you can apply simultaneously or alternatively.
Share data and set user permissions
Efficient Sticky Notes Network allows you to share the notes with other users through connecting to a dedicated server. You may create a series of usernames and set the permissions for each of them. You may allow them access to private or public notes as well as to different sets of actions: viewing, modifying, searching and deleting.
The private or public nature of the notes can be set from the text editor, thus enlarging or restricting the access to them. Moreover, you can deactivate any of the notes from being displayed on the desktop. However, they still remain in the database.
