Efficient Reminder Description
Efficient Reminder is a software application which lets you create reminders for all your events, so as to avoid embarrassing moments, like forgetting your mom’s birthday.
It comes bundled with a user-friendly and customizable interface. As a result, you can easily find your way around it, without requiring previous experience with computers. Furthermore, you can show or hide different tool bars, change view type and change the skin.
It is possible to add events along with important information such as subject, location, start and end time, importance, label (business, personal, vacation, birthday, phone call etc.), comments and attachments. You can also input recurrence options, establish when to display the warning message and upload a WAV file for the alarm sound.
This utility also encloses a calendar, a Recycle Bin and a search function which lets you look for an item in all available fields, according to a keyword.
Import is available from CSV or TXT files, while export is possible in CSV and HTML formats. Holidays can be added from a built-in list or from the hard drive, while also setting up the first day of the week and year, as well as the work time (start and end hours).
