DualDesk Lite Description

DualDesk Lite is a reliable application that facilitates the communication and direct connection to a customer’s computer, via the Internet. It is a suitable tool for IT technicians, designed to offer them a flexible and secure method for remotely connecting to the customer’s desktop and perform live troubleshooting.

Configure your own support mode

DualDesk Lite allows technicians, IT engineers or other troubleshooting specialists to customize their operational mode, according to their preferences. The application ensures a simple, yet reliable connection for remote support.

The program allows you to generate customer modules, which are easily customizable and suitable for each case. You may set the desired publish profile, by entering the IP address of your computer, the TCP port number, enable encryption, if necessary, as well as several other confirmation tools.

You also need to enter the relay address, set a password and specify identification details, such as the name of the session of the technician.

Create your configuration files

DualDesk Lite allows you to create configuration files, based on the available templates, save them to TXT format. The customers can request the remote connection through the website that you setup, which is why the configuration file must include the URL. Moreover, you can specify up to ten tools, commands that are activated prior or after the session starts.

The program can automatically create and run the customer module, as a batch file, after the configuration is finished. The customer can run the configuration file and easily establish the connection, in a few seconds.

Quick, direct connection

DualDesk Lite allows you to create a remote desktop connection in a simple, secure and effortless manner. You can use one of three methods: in direct mode, repeater or relay mode, none of which requires the customer to open any ports into their network. Configuration elements from all three methods can be combined in the mixed mode.
