DONATION Lite is a simple to use application that allows you to manage the list of your usual or occasional donors. It is a suitable tool that can be used for small charity events or fund-raising, allowing you to register and credit each donor.
User-friendly interface
DONATION Lite is easy to use and allows you to maintain a database of donors, for recurrent events. You can easily register a donation from a person who is already in the database, a record of which is stored in the database, attached to their names. The program allows you to enter a single donation at a time.
Moreover, you can create individualized envelopes for each donor and change the assigned number, based on the event. Reports can be created to reflect the annual pledge amount for each donor. Specialized categories can also be created, to sort and organize your data in an effective manner.
Print receipts for donors
DONATION Lite can generate receipts for the donated amount, for each user and each event. While sending the receipts via email is disabled, the program allows you to easily print numbered charitable receipts for one donor at a time.
You may also customize the donation and receipt systems, based on the regulations in your country – the software supports multiple types of settings. You also have the option of printing bilingual receipts for Canada and similar dual-language countries. The records are saved in a local database, that you can easily duplicate and merge with other relational models to centralize the data.
Set up your company details
DONATION Lite prompts you to provide the details of your company or reliable contact details, the first time you open the program. The settings are saved and each time you open the program it automatically loads the specified data. You may easily change the details in the database, should any of them be modified in the real world.
