Since the spell database is stored locally, you can access the information you need at any time, from your desktop or mobile device, without having to be connected to the Internet.
Helpful filters that make searching a lot simpler
In addition to selecting the preferred source, you can also filter the results based on class, school or level. Once you have found the spell you are looking for, you need only click its entry in the left-hand panel to view all the available information.
Of course, it is also possible to search for spells by name directly, a much better option if you already know or are pretty sure what the spell is called.
Minimalistic UI that would benefit from a darker theme
The spell info is presented in a clear manner, and the uncluttered user interface makes it easy to both find what you need and read the descriptions.
However, some may find the white background to be a tad too bright, which is why it would have been great if a darker theme was also available.
