In short, this featherweight tool provides you with a small capture tool that allows you to pinpoint the colors of any pixel. The built-in extension algorithm then provides you with the most relevant color name and the percentage of similarity.

To capture a color of a pixel, simply click the extension’s icon, from the right side of the address bar and you are instantly provided with a cross pointer with an attached mini-magnification tool. As mentioned before, it displays the color’s name. It’s either a perfect color match or a partial color match, in which case you are also provided with the exact percentage of color matching.
