Load an image and experiment with the presets
You need to start by selecting the source file either by browsing to its location or by dragging and dropping it onto the main window of the app.
In terms of supported formats, AKVIS Points can process both common graphic formats (JPEG, TIFF, PNG or BMP) and raw formats (CR2, RAW, ORF, NEF, NRW, PEF, ARW, DNG, MOS and so on).
Once you settled on the source image, you can experiment with the included presets until you find one that you like – you also get to alter some parameters, such as the size and density of the dots, tilt, alignment or shift.
