DirPrintAdv is a reliable software that allows you to export or print a detailed list of the contents of any folder on your computer. The software can display the folders stored on your computer as a tree schema, and it allows you to add or remove data columns.
View and export files list
The software functions as a folder viewer, enabling you to access the contents of any folder on your computer, by selecting the desired directory from the tree structure on the left side of the software’s window. The files contained within a certain folder are displayed in the neighboring area, along with the specified metadata columns.
You may easily add or remove information columns, by selecting them from the options menu. Thus, you may view the listed files, by name and extension, or insert standard options columns. They contain file size, item type, date created, parent folder, attributes, owner name or comments. Additionally, you may include special data fields, regarding image EXIF, music tags, documents authors or video metadata. You may also set file filters, in order to view only specific formats.
Create a folder list for printing or exporting
Creating a folder contents list is a simple process that can be controlled from the Home tab. Simply add all the columns you wish to export, and select additional options, such as display subfolders, folder size, file extension or hidden files. Easily sort the files according to the desired criteria, then you can proceed to the next move.
You can add folder content to favorites, for easy access, copy the contents list to clipboard, export it or print it. The software can export the data to text files, as comma separated values, to XLS, HTML, formatted TXT, RTF or PDF.
Print folders list or tree structure
The software allows you to export or print the folders’ contents as a simple list, with details columns, or as a tree structure. You may set output options for the structure view, in the Dir Tree tab. Simply select the desired folder, then set file masks, Header text and output format. DirPrintAdv is easy to use and enables you to create highly personalized lists of folder contents, for export or printing.
